Week of September 24th

This Week in 4^th Grade

Religion- Chapter 3 Religion test is on Tuesday.  On Thursday, we will begin Chapter 4 on God our Almighty Father.

Math- The 3’s timed table quiz is on Tuesday.  Click here for a fun 3 times table song.  We will be finishing Chapter 1 on Wednesday. Students will complete a Chapter 1 review pg for homework on Wednesday night.  On Friday, we will be taking our Chapter 1 test. 

Social Studies- We will complete Chapter 1 on Tuesday.  Students will have a take-home review page to complete on this night.  Social Studies Chapter 1 test will be on Thursday of this week. 

Science- We will begin Chapter 7 which studies Tornadoes and Hurricanes this week.

Spelling- Our Spelling word list focuses on Fall themed words.

English- Our Grammar skill this week continues with compound sentences.  The weekly Vocab and Grammar quiz is on Thursday of this week.

Reading- We will learn more about our story the Titanic.  On Friday, students will watch a video by Dr. Robert Ballard.
